What is The Lily-Jo Project?

The Lily-Jo Project is an award-winning online mental health resource designed to provide free, accessible mental health information and support. We offer a variety of tools, advice, and resources to help individuals manage their mental well-being. 

Who is Lily-Jo?

Lily-Jo is a UK-based pop singer, songwriter, and qualified counsellor. Fusing her passion for music and helping people live their lives to the fullest, she founded The Lily-Jo Project and currently serves as the platform’s director.

In January of 2023, she released her debut book Talking to Children About Mental Health, which explores the unique mental health challenges facing the children and young people of today.

What services and resources do you offer?

The Lily-Jo Project provides three key services: 24/7 Mental Health Self-Help Resource, Online School Curriculum, and a Peer Mentoring Qualification (in partnership with Minds Ahead).
